Payments:
All online orders are subject to a hold until payments are cleared. Some international orders may require additional hold times which are out of our control. After these holds are released, you orders will be processes and shipped

Shipping and Handling Times:

After you shop on our website and add items to your cart, you will be directed to get a fairly accurate shipping quote for most domestic and International orders within the United States and the rest of the world. Sometimes, the calculation may be wrong due to any number of things. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and other parts of the world may need additional shipping charges added once we receive your order. You will be notified about this. If this does occur, an additional invoice will be emailed to you and needs to be paid in order to process and ship out your order.
 Some orders can be processed and shipped out the same day. Live chat or email us about qualifying items. Most orders, however, need to go through a waiting process of 3 – 5 business days. During this time, we are checking things like the validity and authenticity of your order and our inventory. Our cut off time is 2pm Pacific Time for order processing. If you need something delivered super fast, please contact us before placing your order.

Although USPS may only show up as the only delivery option, your order may come using Fedex, UPS, DHL, EMS and local courier services.  Certain items come from international warehouses and are first shipped to us, then are shipped to the customer. If you do not hear from us within 5 days after placing your order, please contact us for an update. A status showing “Paid Processed” will display until an item is actually shipped and no other update will be given until this happens, other than your original order being emailed to you. (If you use Yahoo.com, please consider using a different email address to register with because our servers sometimes do not send from Yahoo.) Other order status can also be displayed such as “Paid Processed”, “B/O – Waiting for products”, “Waiting for customer response”, “Cancelled – Refunded”, etc. Please log into your account and go to your order for the latest status updates if you do not receive an email from us. Registering an account is also advised to track the process of your order, as opposed to a guest check out.


USA Lower 48 + Hawaii + Alaska Orders + Puerto Rico:

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours upon receiving the order, however some circumstances can delay this process even further due to stock issues. Holidays or unexpected spikes in order volume may take us a bit longer to get orders out. 
Additional shipping fees may need to be added when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico and you will be notified of this before your order is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with detailed tracking information. 



International Orders:

Most International orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours upon receiving the order, however some circumstances can delay this process even further due to stock issues. Holidays or unexpected spikes in order volume may take us a bit longer to get orders out. International orders can take from 7-30 days to receive once the order is shipped. We ship from suppliers all around the world and use a wide variety or shipping methods for international orders such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, EMS and others. We do not have any control over any of these shipping companies, so once they have left the warehouse, our only method of progress if by tracking number that both you and us have. Certain random items may have a delay in shipping for various reasons. See a partial list below for those items affected:

* RCP Tracks come in very large boxes and usually ship UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or SEKO LTL. Orders outside the USA may ship US Postal, Fedex, UPS, DHL or SEKO LTL. There is no expedited service for RCP Tracks. Track orders are processed within 3 – 7 business days after payment is received. Tracks are shipped from our warehouse in Pomona, CA or our store in Torrance, CA. A shipping notification will be emailed when the track ships from either warehouse. If you are local, you can place your order using ‘Pick Up From Store’ option at checkout and we can arrange for your pick up within 4 – 8 business days. Any RCP Track order that needs to be shipped are subject to incur additional fees which will normally occur if large single tracks and or multiple track items are ordered as the shipping calculator can incorrectly calculate your shipping price. You will be notified and emailed an invoice to pay, normally within 3-4 days of your order date if this will be needed. Please also be prepared sometimes for longer than average processing times on any RCP Track order up to 15 days in some cases is they come from the warehouse.

**RC Airplane Note – Please message us before placing an order. Most RC Planes come in large boxes and are very costly to ship to other countries. Please email or message us for a quote first

** Items shipping from China can take from 20 to 60 days to arrive

At this time, some items do ship from China and can take up to 30 days to receive. Most of these items are marked as such in their descriptions. All other items ship from our warehouse in the Los Angeles area.
